Lens
Reels, videos and photos.
This is the content side of my work: reels and short videos made for restaurants and travel, and photos from shoots, portraits and trips, all shot and edited by Gautham S Poonthodath in Kochi, Kerala. Tap any tile to open it (reels play in the viewer), then swipe through.
Why it matters
Your marketing is only as good as what it shows.
Stock photos and rushed phone clips are why so many feeds and ads look the same. When I run your marketing, the reels and visuals come from the same plan, so every piece has a job to do: a post, an ad or a page on your website.
- Reels: a hook in the first second, cuts timed to sound, captions for people watching on mute
- Ad creatives: statics, carousels and short videos that each sell one thing
- Photos for your website: sized and compressed so the site stays fast
Questions
Reels and content, answered.
Do you make reels for businesses?
Yes. Reels are part of my social media work: planned from your content calendar, shot or edited to fit your brand, and cut for Instagram with a strong first second. I’ve made them for restaurants in Winnipeg and for travel content.
Can you use footage my team shoots on a phone?
Often, yes. Good phone footage edited well beats expensive footage edited badly. I’ll tell you what to film and how, so the clips work in the edit.
How many reels a month does a business need?
For most local businesses, one or two good reels a week is plenty. Consistency matters more than volume.
Who owns the videos and photos you make for my brand?
You do. The content made for your brand is yours to use on your social media, ads and website.
